Community guidelines
Grey is an opinion and discussion platform. It is not a marketplace and not a how-to guide. That distinction isn't squeamishness — it's the line between this site existing and this site being taken down.
Welcome here
- Opinions, hot takes, and unpopular arguments
- Criticism of companies, clinics, insurers and regulators
- Personal experience — what happened to you and how it went
- Science discussion: mechanisms, trial design, what a paper actually shows
- Links to studies, filings, court documents and reporting
- Questions, including naive ones
Not here
- Vendor names, sourcing links, or "where do I get" threads
- Dosing instructions, protocols, schedules or amounts
- Buying, selling, trading, or anything that reads as a transaction
- Doxxing, or pressuring anyone to reveal who they are
- Targeted harassment and spam
How moderation works
Posts go live immediately. Nothing waits in a queue before anyone can read it.
A lightweight keyword check looks for vendor-style phrasing and dosage patterns. If a post trips it, the post still publishes — it just gets marked and a moderator looks at it. Being flagged is not an accusation.
Anyone can report a post or comment. Reports go to a queue, not to an automatic deletion. A human decides.
If something is removed, it's almost always because it named a source or gave dosing — rewrite it as a discussion and repost.
Nothing on Grey is medical advice. Read why this place exists.
